Banana Scones

Ingredients
Caramalized bananas
- 2 ripe bananas
 
- 30 g Coconut blossom sugar 
 
- 30 ml Coconut milk 
 
- ½ TS Cinnamon
 
Dry ingredients
- 1/2 TS Natron
 
- 30 g nut butter 
 
- 55 g Rohrohrzucker 
 
- 250 g spelled flour (feines Dinkelmehl A)
 
- 1 TS baking powder
 
- 50 g Nuts
 
- ½ TL Cinnamon
 
- ¼ TL Bourbon Vanille
 
- ¼ TL Salt
 
Wet ingredients
- 100 ml Coconut milk
 
- 7,5 ml Apple vinegar
 
Frosting
- 30 g Sugar
 
- 2 EL Coconut milk
 
- 1 TLml maple sirup
 
Instructions
- caramalize bananas in pan
 
- mix dry ingredients 
 
- add wet ingredients and caramalized bananas
 
- make 6-8 pieces and bake in oven at 200 for 15-20 min
 
- serve with frosting and more nut butter
