Pancakes
Ingredients
- 125 g flour
 - 2 tablespoons organic sugar
 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
 - ½ teaspoon salt
 - 240 ml non-dairy milk
 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
 - 1 teaspoon vanilla
 - maple syrup, to serve
 
Instructions
- mix dry ingredients then mix in wet ingredients
 - pour one ladle of dough into pan over medium heat
 - when top begins to bubble, flip the pancake and cook until golden
 - serve with syrup and fresh fruit
