Lemon Cake

Cake
- 160 g raw cane sugar
- 250 g soy yogurt
- 125 ml sunflower oil
- 3 tsp lemon zest
- 60 ml lemon juice
- 300 g flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
Frosting
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix sugar, yogurt, oil, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
- Add flour and baking powder.
- Pour the dough into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice.
- Let the cake cool down and spread the frosting on top.
